Plyometric Boxes increase athletic ability concerning quick movements and explosiveness. Naturally, jumping is an explosive movement which burns a ton of calories and causes your legs and lungs to feel it. A necessary tool for everyone looking for more power output in quick movements and jumping ability.
Our Plyo Boxes are constructed using 3/4" cabinet grade plywood. The boxes come assembled for local pick up. If shipping is required they are shipped flat to save on shipping cost. All holes are pre drilled along with wood biscuits making assembly a breeze. Screws and Biscuits are supplied. Glue is NOT supplied but IS recommended.
Available In 12", 18", 24" & 30" Tall
Lateral Plyometric Boxes Are Available In 25 , 35, & 45 Degree Angles.
